Everyday People

Dear people at stores, gas stations, restaurants and in the stacks at libraries, STOP FREAKIN' TALKING TO YOURSELF!!! That's what my three year old nephew does and you are a grown ass adult. You saying your thoughts out loud when I or any other stranger is nearby does NOT constitute a conversation in any way, shape, or form. I can understand humming and I'll give you singing in the car, but when actual spoken words come out of your mouth you've crossed the line.  Most of the time they are mutterings that don't make sense either which,quite frankly, freaks me out.  If you want to talk to someone, address them directly, otherwise just keep it to yourself.
