Another Bump in the Road

This is my holding back expletives face which I'm told crosses my face on a regular basis even when I'm not upset. (I'm working on it.) But I wouldn't have this problem right now if it wasn't time to fasten my seat belt once again.  As if a black and blue marked up leg wasn't enough, add two pounds of water weight to my frame and that is what I'm working with on a day when I will be standing in front of room full of  200+  people!

Thanks for betraying me hormones, I love you too.  I suppose an outbreak of blotchy acne, flat hair, and sharp cramps are next, just when I was hoping to look and feel my best.  But if  I can brave one foot ocean waves with a kiddie inner tube then I sure as hell can handle a little PMS.  I've got extra strength Midol and industrial grade spanx.  Bring it on!
