Experiments in Cooking

I'm putting together an entry for a cooking contest because after a glass of raspberry, carbonated wine I start to believe that I've got mad skills in the kitchen. I baked and blind taste tested 8 different versions of this poor fish to create the healthiest-but-doesn't-taste-like- rubber-tilapia and now it comes down to presentation.  I'm no professional photographer, (I opted for the ever practical Drawing as my art elective in college), and my camera is outdated, but here are the top three.
