For my nephew's 2nd Birthday, I bought him a musical toy train compliments of Little People. My boys loved them so much that they had to accompany them during "Potty Time," (sometimes falling into the toilet themselves when nothing happened), so I figured he would too. Not only that but he's obsessed with Thomas and already has an annual pass to the zoo. A total win-win, right? I just never thought he would go all McGeyver on it.
You see, when the train stalled, (after he stopped pushing it), he then took it upon himself to refuel it right away. Sure, he could have run out to the garage to use the big plastic gas pump next to his mini jeep but instead he grabbed a nearby tube from his mother's breast pump...
Not only is he highly efficient, but also extremely creative and funny too. Can you imagine what he could have done if the space program were still around? I couldn't be prouder. He may not be able to go to space but this kid is still going places.
